Service Nature
Virtaska provides professional support services including (but not limited to):
- administrative and operational assistance

- proofreading and language polishing (where applicable)
Virtaska is a support partner, not a substitute for your professional, academic, legal, or medical judgment.
Academic Integrity Boundary (Important)
If you use Virtaska for academic-related work, you understand that:
- Virtaska does not sell academic works as final “original authored research” on behalf of clients.
- Virtaska does not complete tasks intended to violate academic integrity policies.
- Virtaska may assist with:
- formatting (APA/MLA/Chicago, thesis/manuscript layout)
- reference list formatting and citation consistency checks
- document structuring, clarity improvements, proofreading
- organizing notes and sources you provide
Client responsibility:
you are solely responsible for ensuring your submission complies with your institution’s rules and integrity policies.
Virtaska reserves the right to refuse requests that appear to enable misconduct.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Virtaska does not guarantee specific outcomes such as:
- grades, publication acceptance, funding approval, or institutional approval
- business results, revenue increases, or performance targets
Outcomes depend on factors outside Virtaska’s control.
Third-Party Tools and Platforms
If a project uses third-party tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, project trackers, storage providers), Virtaska is not responsible for downtime or failures of those platforms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Virtaska is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
- Virtaska’s liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
